Gyeongbokgung Palace, Seoul, South Korea

Visiting Seoul, don't forget to visit Gyeongbokgung Palace.

It was built in 1395 and used to be the main royal palace of Joseon dinasty.










Inside the palace, there is a National Folk Museum of Korea which is introducing daily lives of Korean people

Seongeup Folk Village, Jeju island

When visit to another country, i want to know the culture and tradition in that country.

When visiting South Korean, i visit Seongeup Folk Village in the foot of Halla mountain, Jeju island.

This is the South Korean traditional village ..

Actually the gate have meaning, if one bar is up it means the owner of the house is gone and will be back soon, if two bar is up it means the owner will be out for the entire day and if three bar is up it means the owner will be out for a long time.




The fence is made by stone structure

The roof is made by thatched 

Catching the rainfall in a jug
Because lack of water, the villager use a tree and a jug to catch the water. As the water coming down from the tree and leaves the straw will clean the water.

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Jeju Island

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak (also called Sunrise Peak) is located in the eastern of Jeju island. It was built by volcano eruption and there is a huge crater at the top of Seongsan.

Actually it look like a tuff cone when you saw from the air and it is listed in UNESCO World Heritage, too.

View of Berlin

Berlin, the capital city of Germany have many famous sights, and this is a few of it

Potsdamer Platz, is the new center of Berlin after the fall of the Berlin Wall

Berlin Cathedral (with 368 m high TV tower in the background),

Charlottenburg Palace, the largest and the most beautiful royal palace. It used to be the summer residence of Sophie Carlotte, the first queen of Prussia.

Friedrichwerdersche Kirche, a new gothic masterpiece by architect Karl Friedrich Schinkel. It used to be a church and now become a museum. It has a magnificent beauty of colorful glass windows;

Brandenburg gate, is a famous landmark. It's a former symbol of divided city of Berlin (West Berlin and East Berlin) and now is a symbol of peace and unity;


Plastik Berlin, a broken chain monument;


Oberbaum bridge with Metro; a double deck bridge crossing river Spree;

UNESCO Bode Museum on museum island, a home for sculpture collection;

Nikolaiviertel is the historical old town of Berlin
